  • Prices are based on the number of people shown in the icons above (additional person/s charges will apply).
  • All prices include GST.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • No refunds on early departures.
  • All linen supplied in Tourist Accommodation.
  • Children under the age of 2 stay free all year round.
  • A minimum of 2 nights booking on all accommodation and powered sites over long weekends, including the Christmas and Easter period.
  • Online reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Online rates are for tourist stays of 4 weeks or less. For longer stays please contact the park office.
  • Upon check in you will be required to present your driver’s license and credit card.
  • A tokenisation of $1.00 will be taken on your card to cover the return of keys or any additional charges that may result from your stay including but not limited to loss/damage or extra cleaning.

Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Conditions

Please read these conditions carefully. The “Guest” acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as “Guest”) occupying or visiting the accommodation or park and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the guest.

  • Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt. Occupancy is only for the number of people shown on the receipt.
  • The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest. This includes all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the accommodation and its contents or the property caused by any guest.
  • The accommodation must not be used for unlawful purpose.
  • Guest must only park cars in the designated areas.
  • The Manager nor the Owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which the guest may sustain while in the park or on the property.
  • The guest must comply with the by-laws, rules and regulations of the park and any reasonable direction by the manager or owner.
  • There is no refund for early departure.
  • The manager may inspect the accommodation at any time with reasonable notice. If the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions, no notice is required and the guest will be asked to leave.
  • The Guest authorises the Manager to charge the credit card, presented at check-in, for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
  • If the occupancy ends or is terminated the Guest must immediately vacate the accommodation. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce eviction of any Guest(s) of the property upon termination.
  • If a guest is asked to leave the park for breaching park rules a refund will not be issued.

Minimum Nights Stay

  • A minimum of 2 nights booking over the Long Weekends, Easter and Christmas Period on all accommodation and powered sites.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 14 days of your booking are non-refundable.
  • All Cancellations will incur a $25 administration fee.
  • Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • All cancellations must be in writing direct with the park or for online reservations – see below.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in any onsite facility.

Pets are allowed on sites only at the discretion of management. Management has the right to disapprove any pets at their discretion. Pets must be on leads at all times whilst in the park. Conditions apply.

Payment Type

Cash, Mastercard or Visa accepted on arrival. NO Cheques, Diners Cards or American Express Cards accepted.
